How do Iranian applicants living abroad sign a contract?

To sign a contract with Iranians and foreigners residing outside Iran, the following steps must be completed:

Review the contract contraindications
Complete the medical questionnaire
Send it to the Head of International Contracts and obtain approval
Perform RPR, HBS Ab, HBS Ag, HCV Ab (Total), HBC Ab (Total), HIV (I/II), CMV (IgM), CMV (IgG), HTLV I/II tests one week before delivery
Send test results to the Head of International Contracts and obtain approval
Sign the contract and deposit the contract amount
Shipping of blood collection supplies by the company

To sign a contract with foreigners residing in Iran, the following steps must be completed:

Review the contract contraindications
Complete the medical questionnaire
Send it to the Head of International Contracts and obtain approval
Sign the contract and deposit the contract amount
Shipping of blood collection supplies by the company

What documents are required for contract signing?
  • Test results (for applicants whose delivery will take place outside Iran)
  • Copy of National ID card (for Iranians residing outside Iran)
  • Copy of Passport (for foreigners residing and non-residing in Iran)
How are blood collection supplies sent to applicants residing outside Iran?

Method One: After contract signing, blood collection supplies along with the signed copy of the contract are sent via air waybill.

Method Two: It is also possible to send with a traveler (acquaintance). If any of the applicant's relatives or acquaintances intend to travel to the applicant's country of residence (before delivery), the blood collection supplies will be handed over to them.

How is the blood sample sent to Tehran?

Unfortunately, it is currently not possible to send blood samples via logistics companies. The only way to send blood samples is through a traveler. For more information, you can contact +98-992-1571326 (on Eitaa and Rubika).

How will I be notified after the sample is collected?

A maximum of three days after receiving the umbilical cord blood sample, the applicant will be informed about the sample's status (whether it's frozen or if freezing is not possible, leading to contract termination).

Will the company provide documentation confirming the storage and ownership of the sample after it's stored?

The freezing certificate will be issued after the child's three-month mark, completion of the child's health status form, and upload of the child's birth certificate.
