1. Contract Contraindications During Mother's Lifetime

1. History of diseases of unknown origin such as:

Parkinson's

2. History of certain autoimmune diseases in the mother's lifetime such as:

Inflammatory Bowel Diseases (Crohn's, Ulcerative Colitis) / Vasculitis (Behçet's, Sjögren's, etc.) / Multiple Sclerosis (MS) / Myasthenia Gravis (MG) / Lupus (SLE) / Chronic Sarcoidosis

3. History of the following diseases:

Syphilis

Brucellosis (Malta Fever)

Tuberculosis (TB)

HTLV

AIDS (HIV)

Hepatitis B

Hepatitis C

Cutaneous Leishmaniasis (Kala-azar)

Visceral Leishmaniasis (Kala-azar)

Malaria

Hydatid Cyst

Myeloproliferative Disorder

4. History of cancer in the mother

5. Mother being ineligible for blood donation for reasons other than physical weakness and mild anemia

6. History of receiving human-derived medications such as:

Coagulation factors

Growth hormone

Intravenous immunoglobulins (IVIG)

Albumin serum and some fertility drugs

2. Contract Contraindications within the Last Two Years up to Delivery

1. History of the following diseases:

Toxoplasmosis

History of hyperthyroidism and use of methimazole or propylthiouracil (PTU) medication

3. Contract Contraindications within the Last Year up to Delivery

1. History of chemotherapy for non-malignant reasons

2. History of chickenpox, rubella, measles, listeriosis, shingles

3. History of receiving blood and blood products by the mother

4. Hepatitis A

5. History of viral lesions in the genital area (genital herpes, genital warts).

4. Contract Contraindications During Pregnancy

1. History of Cytomegalovirus (CMV) infection

2. Pregnancy using donated sperm and surrogacy

5. Contract Contraindications within the Last 6 Months up to Delivery

1. History of tattooing - permanent makeup - microblading - micropigmentation - piercing, any type of permanent cosmetic procedure

2. History of cupping therapy - leech therapy - acupuncture

6. Contract Contraindications within the Last 3 Months up to Delivery
