According to Public Relations, the 4th International Congress of West Asian and North African Countries (WANA) will be held on Saturday and Sunday, May 3rd to 4th, 2025, by Royan Institute of Academic Jihad in collaboration with Royan Stem Cell Technology Company, Kish Free Zone Organization, domestic and foreign universities and scientific centers, and active knowledge-based companies on the beautiful Kish Island. This scientific congress, which fosters joint scientific research, will focus on "Stem Cells in Regenerative Medicine" as a branch of the Royan International Congress, with an approach to addressing the latest global scientific achievements in regenerative medicine and concentrating on the WANA region countries (West Asia and North Africa). Dr. Masoud Vosough, Research Director of the Regenerative Medicine and Cell Therapy Group at Royan Institute, is the scientific secretary of this congress.
The scientific themes of this congress are as follows:

Given that the main approach of holding this scientific event is to develop a scientific communication network among students, researchers, and scientists from WANA region countries, a significant number of international participants are expected to attend the 4th WANA Congress. The scientific and executive working group of the congress is planning for the participation of prominent professors and researchers in stem cells and regenerative medicine from Iran and other WANA countries. It should be noted that this congress will be held in person and online (virtually) for foreign participants and in person for participants from within Iran.
